Totally Fouled Up Apple Wallet/Apple Pay/Apple Store/iTunes/Apple Music

First, after a technical misunderstanding on their end, Apple stopped my debit card from being used. They advised me to set up Apple Wallet/Apple Pay. I tried that multiple times, without success. I couldn't even find either app on the App store, and this led to mounting frustration. Finally, I decided to see if I could deposit money from my other debit card into my account through the Apple Store, which I had never used before. I then bought Batman:The Animated Series Soundtrack, Volume 1, from iTunes. Unfortunately, the purchase won't download into Apple Music. So, that's 75.99 euros wasted. 62 euros remain in whatever contraption I deposited the cash, plus 12.99 essentially evaporated purchasing the BTAS soundtrack that I can't download. This is totally fouled up, and I'm very disappointed in Apple. I'm autistic, and they are supposed make transactions as smoothly as possible for everybody.

That seems unlikely, but check your payment methods at account.apple.com.

Apple Pay is built into your Apple device. There is nothing to download.

Video is available in the TV app. Your music can indeed be downloaded onto your device. You can also download again by reviewing your purchase history.

Oh, and it's not an issue of space. I have plenty of space. I'm even paying a monthly charge for the extra space.

Well, it could be. iCloud storage space. does not add space to your device. It provides a synchronization service to sync content across your devices. Your device storage is fixed at whatever amount you. purchased when you. bought your device.
