That’s really good, because it is a beta only available to developers and invited appleseed testers. Remember that “beta” is short for “beta testing”, meaning that it is at this time full of bugs (if it wasn’t it would be general availability release), and could brick your device totally. Apple says NEVER install a beta on a device that you must have working all the time.

If you are really brave and willing to risk losing features or even basic operation of your phone, you will be able to register for the public beta sometime in July. Choose carefully.
