Unable to add songs to my Music app on Amazon Echo Dot

I am trying to add a song/songs to MY MUSIC and being told now that it’s NOT SUPPORTED? Never had this before. PLEASEHELL as I’m a teckyphobe. I have an Echo Dot if that helps?

Does iTunes store allow preview of songs anymore? When I find an album or song I'm interested in buying, and click on the preview arrow, a pop-up appears asking me to try out Apple music. When I close the pop-up, no music plays, and if I try again, the pop up appears again. In a previous Apple community discussion thread (Previewing songs in iTunes Store - Apple Community), an answer appears directing us to set 2 of this Apple support page (Buy or download music from the iTunes Store in Music on Mac - Apple Support). The Apple support page says, in step 2, that it is possible to preview music. But that is not my experience. I follow the directions precisely on the Apple support page, but all that happens is that no music plays, only the pop-up.

Unable Preview any song After "upgrade" to Ventura 13.0 I'm unable to preview any song in iTunes Store, even after following all directions found here (eg Make sure iTunes Store is selected in general settings) all I get is pop up ad for Apple Music.

Can’t add songs to my library on iOS So if I am listening to a new song, often while driving, I’ll hit the + icon to add it to my library. It works, and then a few seconds later it comes back, not adding to my library. This happens on a bunch of songs, but not all songs. The ones I try to add I always cannot add, and some I can add with no problem. What is going on? I’d like to get this fixed if possible!
