I cant open Pages in Windows

I read your original post literally in that you cannot open Pages documents on your Windows 10 computer.

Make certain you have the latest version of iCloud For Windows from the Microsoft online store. Some features of it may require the latest update for Windows 10 or even newer.

You need to have iCloud enabled on your iPhone and on Windows 10 per the previous Apple product. As I mentioned earlier, there is no support for Pages documents stored on Windows and if you double-click one of these, it will be permanenly damaged. You should only be downloading a Word or PDF document exported from your Pages application on the iPhone.

Admittedly, I am not a user of iCloud on Windows, so resolving this beyond the above won't be possible by me.

If you are using the Microsoft Edge browser on Windows 10, try using the current Firefox web browser instead to see if that provides normal access to iCloud for Windows.

A Pages document is not compatible with Microsoft Windows as the operating system sees it as just a renamed Zip container, not a word processing document. Additional to that, there are no Windows applications that can open a Pages document as it requires Pages for {iCloud, iOS, iPadOS, or macOS}. From your iPhone, you want to download the Pages document exported to Word, or PDF document formats for Windows compatibility.
