Apple Watch shows just an Apple logo and won't work

We had an IT glitch today at work where I lost all apps from my iPhone including the Apple Watch app. I noticed my calories were off and my watch showed not paired. I tried to pair with iPhone and it wouldn’t pair. I tried to restart my watch and now it it’s just a white Apple. It won’t change screens or go to my Home Screen. It’s an Apple Watch 7. What do I do? I put watch on charger and it was fully charged. There it showed a small white clock with a circle spinning around it. Now, just back to the white Apple.
