Audio and video issue while using FaceTime on iPhone 14 Plus

Recently , my FaceTime has had audio issues. FaceTime has always been weird with audio for me and my friends , across the different IPhones I’ve had. However, this time on FaceTime, distorted noises occur on each call , then everyone for me goes silent. It also makes everyone quiet and no one can hear me. It’ll either be the weird noises or quietens everyone. My friends don’t experience this so it is definitely on my side. Also when I am watching YouTube videos or long content videos (doesn’t happen on Tik Tok or instagram reels) the video randomly goes quiet, glitch’s and pause's. It also happens on Spotify when I’m playing music and pauses itself.

I’ve done the software check where you press the volumes buttons etc but all was fine when I ran it. So possibly a hardware problem ?
