why does game centre only show games by mobility ware

I downloaded the free cell solitaire app by mobilityware, didn’t like it, so I deleted the app. I deleted it by pressing on the app until the “-“ appeared, selected remove app, then remove app. Ever since then, the only games ads that appear in game centre are ‘hearts’ and ‘solitaire’. I’m fed up up with it and consider it intrusive, not too sure that Apple will be happy about having game centre taken over like this either. Does anyone know how to get rid of this?

Nearly every in-game advertisment in games my kid is playing is presenting an App Store window with the game to be installed. Of course I have Passwort protected this. But this is so annoying! Why apple is not preventing this? The issue is 10 years old Pop ups "force open" App Store - Apple Community It can't be that hard to implement an 'block other apps to trigger app installations', right?
