What details I need to put while adding a card to my Apple Wallet?

My card doesn’t work, when I installed the card it asked for my bank ID number but i deleted this as I thought if someone else had my phone they could get into my account. Now my card doesn’t load fully.Have tried to reset my card but it won’t let me.
