What to do when university email doesn’t match for Apple Music student subscription?

Hello, I chose my university from the list. When I put my student email address, I’m getting error "this email does not match selected school. Check your information and try again". I am studying there and I have access to that account. It’s The university of economy in Bydgoszcz, Poland. (Wyższa szkoła gospodarki w Bydgoszczy)

Apple Music Student account It’s time to verify my student eligibility for my apple music account. However, this summer I transferred colleges making my old college email no longer in service. Is there a way to change the student email affiliated with my apple music account?
