Locked iPhone due to verification error

All this starting by the process of verification error registering to iCloud no mail was sent for activation. Reset my phone going YouTube until I had it iCloud lock password keeps saying incorrect. Spent $475 iPhone 16e clean IMEI I already got it connected with a number now it’s due error to the iOS software not working properly.
