I found out the first song of the playlist is corrupted, after removing it, the problem was resolved.
It may be worth checking the status of other songs in the playlist as well, in case similar issues occur. The original error message may not have reflected the root cause.
Check if you are using the right Apple ID.
Authorize your machine to use iTunes/Apple Music.
Delete the songs that won't play and download them again.
Uninstall and reinstall iTunes and Apple Music.
