Problems with Apple Devices App

So a while back I noticed Apple finally made the Apple TV and Apple Music applications available for iTunes. Cool! Both were installed onto my Windows 11 HP laptop along with Apple Devices. Ever since then I've been struggling with devices. My problems are as follows:

1) I have to keep resyncing my playlists

2) Every time I try syncing episodes of TV shows already downloaded onto my computer, Apple Devices seems to think I want every TV episode on my phone. Given how many I have, that is very much not an option.

3) Audiobooks won't sync at all.

In regards to that last point, I uninstalled iTunes as many people online pointed out and know I don't know WHERE to access my digital books. Kinduv' annoying. Especially since, as far as I can tell, there is no Apple Books program for PC. Every attempt made to solve these problems have blown up in my face to the point where I'm desperate. Any help here would be appreciated please!
