iPhone 13 can no longer backup to iCloud after iOS18.5 update.

Deleting the app isn’t enough. Delete the VPN profile in Settings/General/VPN & Device Management/VPN. Don't just turn it off; delete the profile. If that fixes it, you can try reinstalling VPN. 

However, there is no advantage to using VPN; VPN actually reduces your privacy, it does not enhance it, so you may want to rethink the reason you use VPN.

Intrusion detection is totally unnecessary on an iPhone. And if you have ANY network profile that can mess up network connectivity.

You initially said you had NordVPN. Now you are saying you don’t. Which is it?
