How can I get Siri to respond with voice on iPhone 13?

siri doesn’t respond with voice like (aha or ehm) for iphone 13 iOS 18.5

I tried every solution like prefer spoken response, location access, restart and setup siri

non of them fixed it

(There is voice after ask her something but when i call her in the beginning there is no response with voice
