My 2018 MacBook Pro keeps powering on and off repetitively

I have a 2018 MacBook Pro 15inch that I used for school. Approximately 3 years ago it failed to power on completely. It will begin to power on and then power off completely and keep doing it repetitively until it dies. I am not sure what the issue is but it doesn’t make sense.

I have always taken very good care of it. I barely used it as majority of school was hands on. It didn’t even get to the point of the notorious battery depletion yet.

what is the problem with Apple anymore?

So this MBP has not worked properly for three years?

What have you done to troubleshoot the problem?
