Can I keep the white space between pages when switching from MS Word to Pages?

After switching from WORD to PAGES I would like to know if it is possible to have a white space between pages. Now it is a smal line. In Word one can change it to a white space by clicking on it. How do I do this in Pages?

There's no option to change the visual representation of a page break in Numbers.

For my edification, can you explain how you use this in Word?

While I think Word has a number of really nice features I think the ability to toggle page breaks between a line and a space falls somewhere far off the bottom of the list in the 'worthless junk' category. I can't see any value in it. Since you're looking for it, I'm curious as to how you find it useful, just in case I'm missing something.
