When I go to search a topic I’m trying to find the answer to all it does is pop up the bar for a second and then get rid of it can anyone help me please?
what I mean is the search bar that pops up after clicking support then community then search.

On iPhone/mobile, please use the drop-down menu at the arrow symbol next to your profile icon. That drop-down menu would unveil the clickable word ‘Search’ for access to the Apple Community search page. You can bookmark that page, if that helps you.
(The magnifying glass icon is not for search in the Community, but for the main Apple site(s).)
The search page is a separate page; it shouldn’t “pop up” as a bar over the previous page.
