How do I resolve file extension issues with Logitech Options+ Flow on Mac?

I've already contacted Logitech support and followed their instructions: I deleted Options+ Flow settings and reinstalled the program on both computers. The problem persists.

Original Title: I have Windows 10 PC and a MacBook Air Sequoia 15.5, using Logitech Options+ to transfer from the PC to the Mac using Flow. The file on the Mac appears with the original extension followed by ".pending" and can't be opened. ¿Any suggestion?
