Hello! I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max, iOS 18.5. On heavy games like Call of Duty Mobile, the Game Mode icon does not appear. Other users with the same device have it, but for me it is nowhere to be found, even after rebooting and reinstalling the game. How can I fix this?

That is not an Apple Arcade app.
In order for Game Mode to be enabled, the app has to be coded correctly to invoke it.
You can not enable it manually. It is possible to disable it in a specific game, but that only lasts until the device is restarted.
If Game mode is working for other game apps, then the issue is with CODM. You will have to wait for the app developer to update it to correctly invoke game mode.
