How to reactivate FaceTime on original SIM card with pending activation?

I had FaceTime set on my phone number and SIM card. I removed the SIM card with Facetime to insert another one for better connection.

I put my previous SIM card in back but now I can’t use my facetime, the number activation has been loading and is still not complete. How do I reactivate FaceTime on my original SIM card with my initial phone number?
