“Uninstalled apps” in cellular data usage

Hey, when it’s getting close to the end of my billing cycle, i look at my cellular data usage to see what i’ve been using the most, kinda just a habit. Recently, I noticed that “Uninstalled apps” was increase slightly ever couple of days (i’m talking very little data, in the kbs), but i was curious as to what causes this, because i have not uninstalled any apps recently, specifically within the timeframe of my billing cycle. I know this was somewhat of an issue during the launch of iOS 17, but i’m assuming this would have been fixed. My main concern is the fact in which i mentioned that I have NOT deleted any apps. Thanks and looking forward to your answers!

Im on a iPhone 16 Pro Max running iOS 18.5.

How come it increases even though i haven’t deleted anything? the last time i deleted an app was weeks ago, does it slowly and gradually increase on its own?
