How to import .csv into iCloud Keychain through a Windows Device

I have an Windows device and a old iPhone which can not update to iOS 18. Since Microsoft Authenticator forced to use Edge to fill passwords, but I don't like so, I want to import password into iCloud Keychain through my Windows device. I conldn't find this function. How to do that?

Importing passwords to Apples new Passwords app Hi, So iOS arrives with a new password manager... great! It's supported on all Apple devices, Windows, Edge Plugin and more... great! How do you import passwords from my existing password manager (Bitwarden in my case)? There's no way I'm moving over without: A) Trialing it first B) Being able to import all my passwords, 2FA codes, Passkeys, Notes and everything else. Am I correct in thinking the app is a front end for Keychain?
