Unable to install a new program on MacBook Pro running macOS Sequoia

My 2020 MacBook Pro M1 Sequoia 1.54 is said to be currently updated. I tried to install a new program by won't let me because it requires IOS 1.70 but my Mac tells me it's not supported by Apple. Apple tells me it is. What to do?

The current macOS Sequoia is currently version 15.5

macOS Sequoia 15.5

As for the iOS application for iPhone or iPad

Perhaps if you can tell us or direct us to What is the Name of this application that is designed to run on iPhone / iPad

Yes, some apps designed to run on iPhone / iPads can run on macOS but with out additional info

It is next to impossible to guess what app you are asking about

Sorry for my being vague. The app I am trying to install is Adobe Acrobat. When trying Acobat tells me I require IOS version 17 not 15.4.

I have looked at whether Apple supports my MacbookPro 13" MI Sequoia 15.5 2020 and it says it does?
