My airpods make really wierd sounds when i pick them up

Whenever I pick up my AirPods Pros 2 they make pulsing sound for like 5 pulses and the light flashes green with the pulses. Then after it will stop but as soon as i move them again it happens again and it happens like 5 times. Also they make a high pitched sound after i stop using them almost like its trying to connect to something.
