How do I disable device control between members in iCloud Family Sharing?

I just started using my iCloud family, and saw that I can send Reproduce sound or erase device to other people in the family (even if they are adults). They can also do the same to my devices even though I am the family organiser. We are not sharing location, and every person has its own Apple ID! How can I disable this sharing in the family? I cannot find it in the family settings or in the Find app!
