Siri interrupts conversations too frequently

They really need to supply alternative names for Siri. Let them choose names that are good for speech recognition. She interrupts my conversations all the time. I’m needing to turn her off for my Apple speakers, which makes them almost useless for my purposes.

Want to prevent Siri from confirming commands and be quiet Before the recent IOS update to 16.1.1 a few days ago, I was able to turn off Siri feedback. I find this feedback very annoying (my ringer volume is up all the way) and many times it disturbs others around me, especially early in the morning. If I want to whisper to Siri "set alarm for 9am tomorrow", I don't need her yelling at full volume "you got it!" or "done"!. Since IOS 16.1.1, I no longer see the option to turn off Siri feedback! Perhaps that option has been moved? Tell me that they didn't remove that option and that there is a way to do this. Have we lost the functionality to make Siri be quiet or is there a way to still do this? Thanks!

Siri won’t be silent anymore? Did Apple remove the option to have Siri speak responses “Only with Hey Siri” from Settings .. Siri Responses? I can’t find this setting since updating to 16.0 and audible responses for simple commands is proving disruptive and, at times, destructive even in the “Automatic” setting.

How to stop Siri from telling me to say “Siri stop” when my timer goes off? How to stop Siri from telling me that I can say “Siri stop” when my timer goes off? She’s told me literally 100 times now. If you have your HomePod set to use just the "Siri" phrase for activation, change it to "Hey Siri". That will eliminate the similar sounding words causing activation like "Serious", "Shirley", "Cereal", etc.
