Song unavailable in my country when played from playlist but plays fine on artist page on Apple Music

So I recently downloaded the new My Chemical Romance album and when I try to play it off of one of my playlists, it gives me an error saying that it’s not available in my region or country however, if I go to the artist page directly, I can click on the songs and I can listen to them, I just can’t add them to my playlist. I just don’t understand why this is happening, has it happened before to anyone?

Original Title: I can’t listen to a song on my library because it’s unavailable in my country, but I can in the artist’s page.
