How to reduce 207GB system data and can I delete Group Containers folder?

I looked at the capacity of my macbook the other day and it said 207GB of system data. I think this capacity is not normal, how can I reduce it?

Also, I looked at ~/Library and found a folder called “Group Containers” that is over 140GB. Can this folder be deleted?
