How can I add curator Notes to my local Music Albums?

Hello, I see that some released albums have "Curator Notes" which a small description of the album. Is it possible to add these notes to local file albums/ add a description? the only thing I've been able to find is playlist descriptions and comments on songs but I'm trying to add them to my albums.

Display full song title (Apple music app on phone) Is there some hidden option to display the full song titles in the Album view.. like a 2 line option or something... anything... just some effort from Apple would be nice??!!! I have more than 1200 albums and 12,000 songs on the phone that I've laboriously copied in from vinyl and cd. And yes I was one of the poor sods eh had all their album art scrambled a couple of years back. I now have a full library of the album art as well. Given I've gone to all that trouble it would be nice to see the full darn song titles!!!

no edit songs listed in albumns under ellipse?? Why on earth would Apple remove the edit option an albumn? Doesn't it occur to them people may want to rearrange the order of the songs?
