How to fix Global Running Award not received on iPhone for an indoor run?

I never received my Global Running Award on June 4, 2025. I used my ultra 2 Apple Watch to record an indoor run. I ran 3.3 miles and received an award for most calories burned for a run and longest run recorded but the fitness app is still not showing a Global Run Award. Any suggestions?
