Why am I being charged for a software issue on my 1-month-old Mac Mini under warranty?
After having Mac Mini for 1 month I decided to sell it (not using it often). So as per What to do before you sell, give away, trade in, or recycle your Mac - Apple Support information given by Apple I started process erasing content and settings. After the process of erase Mac Mini did not start up. Orange led started to blink and that was it. It just stopped booting up. So I took it to Premium Partner in Poland - iSpot, for warranty support as this machine is 1 month old and they want to charge me aprox. 40 dolars tellin that I removed OS and it's my fault. While all I did was following instructions given by Apple, it's insane. I'm not going to pay considering there is 1 year warranty, unless it's only illusion..
