Email with Malicious .svg Attachment

Received a very good phishing email (perfectly spelled known-sender and domain, specific topic of an outlook process used, it was sent at an exact time to support its topic) which included an .svg file.

Having opened the .svg file initially on the iPhone via Outlook app, I don’t know what my vulnerabilities are. I confirmed it was a malicious attachment later. I don’t see any downloads in my files or websites visited in safari history.

Is there any cause for concern? If so, how can the phone be checked for compromises? Wishing a back-up was done recently but it wasn’t. iPhone was up to date on software at time of opening attachment.

Learning much about how .svg files are becoming much more prevalent in attacks. Thanks for your time all!
