How to transfer emails and folders from an inactive email account on iPhone 13 to the Mail app on iPhone 16?

emails aren't part of the backup since they are stored on said email provider server.

In order to view the emails on the 16 you need to enter password for said account.

Reach out to said mail support or look at their help site on how to export your mail.
