How do I recover important emails from an inaccessible old iPhone?

how can i access my old emails from previous iphone i owned? my old iphone crashed and was unaccessable even by apple so it couldnt be transfer

When I look under iCloud on phone, it still shows my old phone but I can’t seem to access it and I had some extremely important things saved in folders there.
