Looks quite useful although not necessarily for me as I don't have many plugins other than freebies.
However, it does contain an app to delete the preferences whilst keeping all the user settings intact which could be useful for everyone.
Yeah, I forgot to mention its preference reset that maintains user settings. I can see that being useful for anyone with custom layouts or destination settings.
