Unexpected Error after opening/loading Pac-Man application.

I just upgraded my iPhone 11 Pro to iPhone 14 Pro and transferred my data and applications. After the transfer when, I open and it loads the PAC-MAN app, I get the message, Unexpected Error&#34, and the cursor icon continuously swirls. Please advise.

Internal error I am receiving an internal error when uploading pdf files to the Files app via safari and chrome. Error message on iPad I receive the 500 error message, “Importing a module script failed” on my iPad when I attempt to go into “immaculate grid” site. I have no problems when using iPhone. This has started in the past week. What gives ???
