How do I fix iCloud photos not showing on my PC?

I am in the process of copying all of my photos from my computer (Windows 11) to iCloud. I can see that they have all synced, but not all are appearing in the library. For example, I have 573 photos from a 2006 trip. All synced, and all are in the library. In another case, I have 674 photos from a 2019 trip. All synced, but only 477 are in the library. Since I have 59G free, space is not the issue.

Any suggestions?

Photos in iCloud Hi this follows on from my last question with regards to my photos from Mac not completely synching to iPhone via iCloud. Im finding that my albums and folders have copied over so I can view them on my iPhone but there’s no pictures in them. I have the system photos library in iCloud but the only thing that differs from settings is on Mac I’ve ticked keep full resolution pics and on phone I’ve ticked optimise storage. Would this be a problem or is it just taking so long because I have over 44,000 photos and 7000 videos.

Icloud Photos Not showing on Macbook Pro( Catalina) Hi I recentley upgraded my mid 2012 Macbook pro to Catalina and I have noiced that all my photos and albums are not showing on my Macbook photos app but showing in finder , however they are showing on my iphone 12 Any help?

Photos Library Too Large My iCloud storage is totally full - too many photos. I want to keep only current year photos in iCloud and in my System Library. I want to move the originals of older ones to a new library, and then I can delete those from iCloud and free up space. So, I created a new library to export the older photos to, but when I try to export, the new library name is dimmed and it won't go. It won't let me me export to any other library. If I export to a folder instead, will the originals go? Or will they be lost if I do that and then delete them from iCloud? Any ideas?
