How do I apply for Apple Card on Android without iPhone?

I want to get an iPad but have an Android phone. I've been trying to apply for the Apple Card for financing, but it keeps circling through the login/2 step verification screens. How do I get to the actual application?

You can apply from a computer. The website may not work on an Android device though.

If you apply online and don't add Apple Card to an eligible iPhone or iPad that you own, you can only use your card to make eligible purchases online.1
