iPhone set to Gregorian calendar, however health app is Buddhist calendar

I do live in a buddhist country but set the phone up with a Gregorian calendar, however was just setting up some more details on the health app, and there is no way to change the Buddhist calendar. In Language and Region, its set up as greg cal, region being Thailand, date format is set at 19/08/2025, no Thai language has been added just English (UK), running iOS 18.5

Gregorian Calender doesn’t reflect correct data Hi Team, appreciate your support since I have a lot of conflict since When I select Gregorian Calendar in Language & Region settings the Calendar doesn’t reflect correct data, for instance please have a look to attached screenshots. today is 30 of June and it supposed to be 1st of Thoulhega in Gregorian Calendar, but my IPHONE reflect that 1st July is 1st day in Gregorian Calendar which is wrong Thanks in Advance Mohamed

Week Numbers It appears that the calendar app on my iPhone no longer allows the option to show “week of the year #’s.” I have my region programmed to Denmark, so obviously in Europe. However, it doesn’t offer an option to display week #’s. Anyone know if this is a product of the most recent update? Running iOS 16.4.1
