Virtual Intruments as Stand alone or in Logic Pro X, Ableton 11 are detuning during use

Virtual Instruments (all updated and original Arturia, Omnisphere, Kontakt, etc) as Stand alone or in Logic Pro X, Ableton 11 are detuning during use, with or without Audio Interfaces.

All systems (internal, interfaces and VSTs) are setted at 48.000.

There are no keyboard or midi iussues or settings I think I didn't check already;(
