Lost Macbook Notes when Syncing to iCloud

Hi, I just decided to sync my notes on icloud, but I only received the notes from my iphone > macbook and my macbook notes have disappeared. They are not in the recently deleted folder in notes or available on the iCloud website. Is there anyway to recover them? I would be devastated if not, it's my primary method of note taking. For context, I just updated my mac to sequoia 15.5. Thank you.

Recover unsynced notes that got overwritten (not deleted). Hi all, I have a small question related to notes. I'm. using the app across different devices and realised my MacBook notes were not all syncing to my iPad or Mac. Changes to existing appeared to be syncing, but newly created ones not. So I tough, I'll quickly toggle the notes syncing in the iCloud settings and would expect them to sync afterwards. Unfortunately, the situation from the iPad/Mac now mirrored to the Macbook, and the new notes are gone. Apparently they weren't stored on the iCloud, and I was wondering whether I can find them back somewhere on my MacBook? (they are not in the deleted folder). Any help would be welcome! Kind regards

Notes Missing after turning on iCloud on Mac This morning i turned on the iCloud option for notes. It asked "sync to mac" and I turned the toggle to the right. Immediately after I opened the notes application. It was empty. After a while old notes that i must have synced some time ago to this apple ID reappeared but all my recent notes (over 6 months) are gone :(. The on my Mac folder is empty and there are no recently deleted files. What can i do to recover the files? There are many important notes there.

All Locally Stored Apple Notes Missing After Upgrade to Ventura 13.1 All of my locally-stored Apple Notes (that is, Notes that I store on my Mac but not in the cloud) are missing after I updated my Mac mini M1, 2020 to Ventura 13.1. Does anyone know how to recover them? Thanks.
