I can't erase my Apple Vision Pro.

I start the erase process but it asks to enter the password again. 4th point enters the loop infinitely

How to solve the "password lockout" problem in April 2024? Yesterday I was given an Apple Vision Pro, but my joy didn't last long: after 15 minutes AVP required me to enter passcode (instead of Optic ID), but the password I created didn't work for some reason. I couldn't have forgotten it, because it's the same as on my Iphone. This problem can be solved by visiting the Apple Store. But I'm not in the US and I'm not likely to be able to get there.
