Why am I not receiving the June 4th workout badge on my Apple Watch?

I ran the 5k for the June 4th workout. I did not get it as soon as I ended the workout. I looked on Google, and they told me to check if it wasn't recorded. It did. Then it told me to restart my Apple Watch. I was not there. I think that badge is just for display, to be honest.
