How to create a medication list without schedules or tracking on iPhone?

I want to have a list of medications available on my phone to be accessed during an emergency, but I don’t want to set schedules or track. How do I set up this list without having to enter schedules or tracking?

Go to:

Settings -> Apps -> Health -> Medical ID.

All info entered on this screen — including medications — is accessible while the device is locked. (i.e. by 1st Responders if you are unresponsive)

See how this is accessed in the section “Check for a Medical ID” in this article:

So … use care as to what info IS entered; as it IS accessible — and potentially exploitable — by any iPhone thief.
