How can I stop Siri from opening on single click on my iPad?

normally if hold the top button it will open Siri, but my ipad somehow and sometimes only one click it will open, but one click is for open ipad screen. i call china support, give me feedback is just restart ipad, i works if i restart my ipad, but it will appear after few days. don't know the reason. for now i have to close the action for on hold the button.

BTW, china support very bad. i don't want ask them anymore.

that why i said it's a bug. it occurred twice, the first time i found it is : every time i close my ipad(push top button) and wait more than 30seconds(around) and i push the top button again(not hold on, just push and release as normal) the Sire is appear. i have the video record. and can be reproduce all the time. and i call support tell me restart ipad, it disappear after i did that. but a few days later, it appear again, but this time is not 30s, at least maybe 10mins after close ipad. so i very hate this behaver. so i disable Siri now
