How to fix Apple Music Family Sharing billing address issues?

So i went to a different country with family share i am a member and the organizer is in a different country, it was working fine when i arrived in a australia then today i switched my billing address then suddenly my apple music wouldnt work i tried switching back to my original billing address but now it just says “cannot connect” and all of my musics are gone , how can i make my apple mysic work again and get all my music back, is there a fix for this?
