Tiny White Dot on Apple Logo – MacBook Air M4 (2025)

Hello everyone,

I recently purchased the new MacBook Air M4 (2025) in Starlight, and I’ve noticed a tiny white dot on the Apple logo on the lid. It’s not very noticeable from a distance, but it’s visible under certain lighting conditions and angles. I’m unsure whether this is a minor manufacturing imperfection, a cosmetic flaw, or if it might have occurred due to handling. The MacBook is brand new and has been handled with extreme care. Has anyone experienced something similar? I’d really appreciate any insight on whether this would be considered a cosmetic defect covered under warranty, or if it’s likely to be classified as user-caused.
