Scam?
Is this a scam text? I’m assuming it is but this one threw me off by actually putting the correct billing department link at the bottom

Yes that is a very prevalent scam. The scam there is the number they hope you will call, and then your number will be made known to all the scammers, in which you will receive a lot more scam communication. You can also look at the sender and see it is not affiliated with Apple in any way.
