How to unpair Apple Watch when the Watch app on iPhone is stuck in an endless loading loop?

I had previously paired my Apple Watch with my iPhone. However, after changing the language settings on my iPhone, the connection between the devices was suddenly lost.

Now, my Apple Watch has reset itself and is currently stuck on the pairing screen. Meanwhile, the Watch app on my iPhone keeps loading endlessly (a spinning circle), and I’m unable to press any buttons or unpair the watch manually.

I have already removed the watch from my iCloud account and cleared all related settings, but my iPhone still shows the original paired watch and won’t allow me to pair a new one.

Could someone please advise how I can fully unpair the watch or reset the pairing state so I can pair my Apple Watch again with my iPhone?
