Unable to mount on partition of an external disk

Hello!

I had to make a partition of my external disk to separate work file from personal ones. Since I did it, I can't access the partition with work files, and I'm unable to mount it.

I receive this error (my system is in Portuguese)

Não foi possível montar “disk4s2”. (com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter erro -119930868.)

Can you help me please? I need to have access to my work files.

Thanks

iMac 21.5″, macOS 12.7

I hope you have the data on this drive backed up somewhere.

If your work files are important to you, then having a backup is the only way to guarantee against loss.

There is very little to do to repair the problem with this drive other than to erase it.

Still, there are third-party utilities that might be able to repair the directory corruption, maybe.

Disk Warrior by Alsoft is one. Disk Drill from cleverfiles is another.
